Inverter parameter setting error
The parameter setting of the inverter is very important for whether the commonly used inverter can meet the requirements of the drive system. If the parameter setting is incorrect, the inverter will not work properly.
1.Inverter parameter setting
When leaving the factory, each parameter of the commonly used inverter has a default value. These parameters are called factory values. Under these parameter values, users can operate normally through panel operation, but panel operation cannot meet the requirements of most transmission systems. Therefore, before using the inverter correctly, users should perform the following work on inverter parameters:
① Confirm the motor parameters. The inverter sets the motor's power, current, voltage, speed and maximum frequency in the parameters. These parameters can be obtained directly from the motor nameplate.
② The control method adopted by the frequency converter is speed control, torque control, PID control or other methods. After adopting the control method, it is usually necessary to perform static or dynamic identification according to the control accuracy.
③ Set the start mode of the inverter. Usually, the inverter is set to start from the panel when it leaves the factory. Users can choose the start mode according to actual conditions, and can use the panel, external terminals, communication methods, etc.
④For the selection of a given signal, the frequency setting of a general frequency converter can also be given in a variety of ways, such as panel setting, external setting, external voltage or current setting, communication mode setting, and of course the frequency setting of the frequency converter can also be one or a combination of these methods. After the above parameters are set correctly, the frequency converter can basically work normally. If you want to get a better control effect, you can only modify the relevant parameters according to the actual situation.

Daily maintenance and inspection
For a continuously running inverter, you can visually view the operating status from the outside. Check the inverter regularly to see if there are any abnormalities during the operation of the inverter. The following checks should usually be performed:
① Is the ambient temperature normal? It should be within the range of -10℃ to 40℃, preferably around 25℃;
② Whether the output current, voltage, frequency and other data displayed on the inverter display are normal;
③ Whether the characters displayed on the display panel are clear and missing;
④ Use a thermometer to check whether the inverter is overheated and has any peculiar smell;
⑤ Whether the inverter fan is running normally, whether there is any abnormality, and whether the cooling air duct is unobstructed;
⑥ Is there any fault alarm display during the operation of the inverter?
⑦Check whether the AC input voltage of the inverter exceeds the maximum value. The limit is 418V (380V×1.1). If the external input voltage of the main circuit exceeds the limit, the inverter circuit board will be damaged even if the inverter is not running.
