At this time, you can find an insulation meter and measure the insulation resistance of the motor and cable respectively to determine whether it is less than 5 MegO. If this is the case, the motor will need to be repaired separately or the cable replaced.

 

The inverter brand manufacturer believes that if it is an internal problem of the inverter, alarms such as overcurrent and grounding are often broken down by the IGBT module, so the main circuit can be measured by a multimeter to easily determine whether there is a short circuit. Of course, the optical coupling and interception container on the driver board often fail. This kind of repair requires a certain amount of electronic knowledge, and some industrial mechanics can help.

Output components and the like are often three-phase unbalanced, and the connection between the inverter and the motor must also be separated. The imbalance of the motor can be determined by measuring whether the resistance is consistent by a multimeter.

Many reasons for insufficient voltage are that the inverter has been used for a long time, and the capacity has aged, resulting in insufficient capacity. You can find the same specifications for replacement.

Overvoltage is often caused by problems such as high grid voltage, too short deceleration time, and heavier load.

If an error occurs (such as some ERR) and the power cannot be turned on again, it is all a motherboard type failure and the motherboard needs to be replaced.

If nothing is displayed, the switching power supply is usually burned or the power supply is not working properly.

 

Inverter brand manufacturers summarize: After all, the inverter is connected to external objects, and in many cases, the fault is not caused by itself. It is necessary to find the inverter manual and the electrical structure diagram of the on-site circuit according to the brand specifications.
