In response to the above questions, let's learn about the relevant knowledge of inverter and motor parameter settings:

Although the inverter has the characteristics of soft start, soft stop, stepless speed regulation and special requirements, it also has protection functions such as overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, grounding, and various early warning, prediction information, status information and diagnostic functions. However, if the power matching between the inverter and the motor is not selected correctly, or the basic parameter selection is not set correctly, this situation will cause the motor to burn, but the inverter still has output. However, this situation generally does not occur in the work of old masters who are familiar with inverters.

 

In short, correctly setting the rated power, rated frequency, rated voltage, rated current, rated output capacity and other parameters of the inverter and motor is the premise to ensure the normal operation of the inverter and give full play to its performance. Mastering the operation method of setting basic parameters is the key link in operating the inverter.

 

Regardless of the brand of inverter and motor, the motor parameters must be self-learned (commonly known as automatic tuning) when the power is consistent. It accurately copies the parameters on the inverter motor nameplate to the inverter memory chip; copying the motor parameters to the inverter includes two steps: parameter upload and parameter download. Parameter upload refers to uploading the parameters in the inverter control panel to the EEPROM of the operation display panel for storage; parameter download refers to downloading the parameters stored in the operation display panel to the inverter control panel and saving them.

 

In this way, once there is a problem with the motor, the detection sensor inside the inverter will be analyzed and judged by the processor. When a certain standard is reached, the inverter will execute immediately, stop the U, V, W output voltage of the inverter, and the motor will be protected.
