Project Background：
Woodworking cutting machine is one of the core equipment in modern panel furniture production line. It is a high-efficiency
and high-precision equipment that combines automatic board loading, carving, punching, cutting and automatic unloading.
Customer demand：
According to the cutting requirements, different specifications of tools are equipped for cutting. The tools use the high-speed
rotation of the spindle motor to cut. The cutting effect depends on the stability of the tool speed, and the cutting efficiency
depends on the tool switching speed. The control frequency of the spindle motor is required to be 300-800HZ, and the start
and stop time is within 3 seconds.
Solution：
In response to customer needs, Dingshen provides ST310 series inverters to control high-speed spindles, using a control
frequency of up to 3000HZ to achieve stable operation at high speeds and low noise. The powerful acceleration and
deceleration performance can shorten the start-stop time to 0.3S.
