sides of the plate. The emergence of six-sided drill products solves the problems of the traditional hole-turning process in the custom furniture industry, which is prone to
errors, relies on manual labor, and has low efficiency.
Customer demand：
The six-sided drilling spindle motor has a high running speed, which can reach 24,000 rpm. It has relatively high requirements for the high-frequency control of the inverter,
and the start-stop time of 0-24,000 rpm is required to be within 3 seconds. It must be stable and efficient at the same time.
Solution：
Dingshen ST310 series inverter's excellent high-frequency control capability makes the current noise generated by the motor small when running at high speed, and has good
control effect in weak magnetic field area. When used with a brake resistor, the start-stop time of the high-speed spindle motor of the six-sided drill can be shortened to 1-2s at
0-24000rpm. The unique independent heat dissipation duct design effectively prevents dust such as wood chips from entering the inverter.
